Quick Solutions:
- Try not to play for more than an hour w/o a ten minute break.
- Do a proper warm-up before you start playing.
- Do stretches before you practice and during practice breaks.
- Ten seconds min. per stretch.
Long term Solutions:
- Posture – practice standing up with a guitar strap.
- Use a footstool and play the guitar on your left thigh.
